It is forbidden in any way to act, represent, or conduct business on behalf of the company

registration number: 36657, statutory representative: Andrej Juhaniak.
It is also forbidden to use the designation YUSTUS FLYNN or any parts or combinations thereof in such a manner as to create the impression of being authorized to act on behalf of the company.
This prohibition applies in particular, but not exclusively, to:
creating websites with a domain containing the name YUSTUS FLYNN,
creating Facebook pages and groups,
creating Instagram profiles,
creating Twitter profiles,
creating LinkedIn profiles,
creating TikTok channels,
creating YouTube channels.
It is forbidden to download official videos and audiovisual recordings from the YUSTUS FLYNN F.Z.C website,
reproduce them, or publish them on personal profiles.
It is prohibited to use the trade name and logo YUSTUS FLYNN to create personal graphic, video, or other materials.
It is permitted to share official videos exclusively through the company’s official YouTube channel.
It is permitted to repeatedly download and upload official photos and visuals
without any modifications.
Prior to any independent use of the name or logo YUSTUS FLYNN,
explicit consent from the company must be obtained.
In case of violation of these rules, the marketer will be requested to remedy the situation within
72 hours. Until then, commission payments may be suspended.
If the marketer fails to remedy the situation after two notices,
the company is entitled to enforce its legal rights.
