(hereinafter referred to as the "Company")

These General Terms and Conditions of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the manner and conditions of use of the Company's website available at the following link: https://www.yustusflynn.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), the rights and obligations arising between the Company and the Clients in the provision of the Company's services, and other relationships arising in the provision of the Company's services, such as those arising under a contract for the provision of the Services concluded between the Client and the Company or a commercial cooperation agreement between the Company and a business partner (hereinafter referred to as the "Services" or "Services").

• The Company's Client and Business Partner is also defined in these GTC as "Client" with a capital initial letter or also as "Client" with a lower case initial letter.
• By using the Platform, each Client enters into a contract with the Company, the contents of which are these GTC.
• By using the Platform, each Client simultaneously accepts these GTC, agrees to be bound by them and undertakes to abide by them.
• No Client may use the Platform if they do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or if they do not have full capacity.
• Each Client may use the Platform only in the usual manner and for the purpose for which it is operated. The Company reserves the right at any time to interpret the purpose for which it is operated and to determine what constitutes use of the Platform in the standard manner. The Company may permanently or temporarily exclude a Client from the Platform if the Client does not use the Platform in the usual manner and for the purpose for which it is operated, and may also terminate or suspend the Client's account.
• The Company's services and the terms and conditions of their provision are further defined on the Platform and in the contractual documentation concluded between the Company and the Client.
• The Company may create an account for the Client on the Platform after the Client has registered on the Platform.
• The Company shall be entitled to charge the Client a membership fee, determined and published on the Platform, which the Company shall have the right to change, for the use of the Platform and for the granting of a user license to use the Platform, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited in time for a period of time determined at the time of payment of the membership fee, and territorially limited to the place of residence of the client in the case of a natural person who is not an entrepreneur, the place of business of a natural person who is an entrepreneur, or the place of registered office of a company or cooperative (or the registered office of another type of legal entity) according to the public registers.
• The Company reserves the right to change, modify and/or supplement these GTC at any time. The Company shall notify the Client of the change pursuant to the preceding sentence by e-mail, at the e-mail provided upon registration on the Platform, or via the Client's account on the Platform, no later than the day before the date of entry into force of the new version of the GTC. The Company may amend or supplement these GTC, in particular in order to comply with the relevant generally binding or to align legal processes with the actual processes of the provision of the Company's services.
• If the Client does not inform the Company that he/she does not accept the change to these GTC or if the Client continues to use the Platform after the change to the GTC, he/she shall be deemed to have accepted the change to the GTC.
• These GTC are general terms and conditions within the meaning of a special regulation.
• Legal relations governed by these GTC and all documents and contractual relations to which the Clients and the Company are parties shall be governed by the relevant regulations, unless otherwise specifically and expressly agreed or unless mandatory provisions of the relevant generally applicable laws provide otherwise.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
• In the event of a conflict between the language versions of these GTC, the English language version shall prevail.
• By using the Platform, the Client declares that he/she has carefully read these GTC, understood their content and agreed to them on the basis of his/her free, serious and definite will, not under duress and under manifestly unfavourable conditions.
• Legal relations not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by the relevant generally binding legal regulations.
• In addition to these GTC, the Company has also issued a Privacy Policy and a Tradename Policy, which are available on the Platform.
• These GTC supersede any contracts and contractual arrangements between the Company and the Client.
