I was born and raised in an ordinary family from the lower middle class in a small town called Považská Bystrica. And I am very grateful for that. While my peers in elementary school were drawing ponies and cars, I was drawing a company. It’s paradoxical because no one in my family was an entrepreneur.
I was inspired by the father of my best friend, who worked his way up through a difficult life to become a successful businessman. That’s why, at the age of 13, I started selling. I began as a door-to-door newspaper seller. I tried various manual jobs in Slovakia and the United Kingdom.
I got into investing at 16, when my classmates and I started a student company. I bought most of the shares from my classmates with money saved from manual part-time jobs. A year later, at the general meeting, I found out that their value had doubled. To this day, I consider this one of the most important moments not only in my career but also in my life.
I sold the shares and invested the money into stocks of companies listed on the Prague Stock Exchange and into commodities. That’s when another milestone came. I realized how important information and contacts are, thanks to which I multiplied my investment 30 times.
I found out that I can make money. It was harder to keep it. Due to the environment I lived in, I lost most of my funds. However, my non-financial investments remained — education, people, and experience. Thanks to that, I had the opportunity to go through all layers of society.
After returning from the UK at age 20, I started working in the hospitality business, regional politics, founded an educational company, and experienced another big turning point in life. In Austria, our western neighbor, I discovered the power and charm of collective investing. I made a fundamental life decision — I want to inspire people in Slovakia and the Czech Republic to build generational wealth.
Soon, I will be leaving employment, and together with partners, we are diving into work. Every week we filled halls with dozens, later hundreds of people, to whom we showed the possibilities of building generational wealth.
I started working online, where I inspire others how, through investing, entrepreneurship, and hard work, one can leave employment and fulfill their potential. From collective investing, I moved toward private banking in Austria — where I learned the Austrian school of value investing.
Later, my partner and I founded our own investment company and fund in the Czech Republic. Together, we built our own community of investors, a network of partners and collaborators. I am very grateful that I achieved all this before turning thirty.
I learned how to build companies and invest, but above all, I learned a lot about myself and about people. Thanks to all of this, I realized how much I love our country — Slovakia and the Czech Republic. What potential we have. Whether as people or as a country itself.
Everything I have achieved in life is thanks to people and the great country we live in. I am an innovative person, and my talent is to foresee the direction society will take. And big things will happen right here in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
That is why my journey continues by putting my experience, knowledge, and energy to use right here in our country, for our people, with our people. It is my natural duty. It is an honor to lead our company together with my collaborators!
